By buying any of YCHfursuits product, you agree to our terms of services
By violating any of our terms you will be blacklisted

YCHfursuits reserves the right to deny service to anyone.
If an individual is rude to our team. (example; make snappy comments; off handed remarks; ANY creepy/Inappropriate comments,etc.) At if any point I'm uncomfortable with you due to unwanted inappropriate behavior. Then I as the seller have a right to deny service and not refund you. (We will also report you and publicly blacklist you)

Please use online etiquette and/or literal common sense.
Important Side Note*
Please understand it’s not rude to ask for updates on your order(however do not spam us) Furthermore it's never rude to speak up if you want any adjustments/changes on your order! Please speak up if you're unhappy with the state of your product in a W.I.P form so we can make adjustments to meet your vision.

Commission Concept Art

clear concept art is always needed for any custom commissions. If the concept art that is provided fails/hides any part of the product then we have to interpret what the hidden parts design is/are which could lead to an error in the design. If a concept art sheet is not provided then it will be assumed the commission is artistic liberty!
sidenote; we will let you know if your concept doesn't meet our requirements however if the customer didn't response in 7 days then it assumed the commission is artistic liberty
The final product will be made based on the design in the concept art. Please understand small differences may be present as the final size and shape of the costume will most likely be slightly altered than the concept art.
Your concept color palette to your final color palette may not match. We may not be able to match colors exactly to the concept art provided as we only have so many colors at our disposal.
No NSFW concept artwork please, black bars over explicit poses and genitals are acceptable.

Quotes

Quotes are only valid/approved for 24 days after this time period is up, the quote originally provided will be invalidated.
Any major changes or last-minute modifications to the reference sheet is prohibited. Please make sure the concept art you send in to be quoted on is finalized

Payment Platforms

We take payment through a whole list of platforms zelle,paypal,cashapp,venmo its just what works easiest for you
We DO NOT accept cryptocurrency as payment. If any-sort of cryptocurrency is sent as payment it will be refunded immediately.

The 30% Rule

For orders that require a payment plan. We require a 30% non-refundable down-payment of the total payment upfront.
By ordering from us you completely understand that this 30% is NOT refundable.
the 30% is always used to cover the initial cost of materials
If at any time you choose to cancel the commission before paying in full, all will be refunded except the 30% deposit.

Shipping

We will NOT issue refunds for items that have gotten “lost” in shipping as the buyer is responsible from make sure that your package gets to you safely.
We do not accept responsibility for damages that happen during shipping. Once it leaves our hands we are not responsible for anything that happens to the item.
We are also not responsible for customs/import fees. Please do your own further research for these extra costs.

Reselling

Reselling our work for more than what you originally paid for it is NOT allowed. If a buyer is caught reselling any YCHfursuits products for more than original price will result into a public blacklist.
When reselling our products all we ask for is simply to be credited by name.

Abandoned Commissions

If your commission is on a payment plan and is not paid off , there is no feedback to messages and you simply disappear for 9 months. We will assume you silently wish to cancel the commission. Forfeiting a commission will make you ineligible for a refund
If your commission is fully paid off, however there is no feedback to messages and you simply disappear. We can hold your commission for you for 700 days after 700 days have passed then we assume that the commission is forfeited.

Adult Related Commission Work

Yes we do SPH's or adult commissions just put in your quote you are looking for an SPH or anything like that so we can quote you correctly!

Pet Allergy Warning

In our workspace we do have a cats that frequently attempts to “help” us while we work.
If you have a severe allergy to cats or cat dandruff, we must warn you with extreme caution that you may have to let your costume sit for 3-6 months to allow the allergens to die off before use.

Buying Premade Items

As a buyer you are responsible to make sure that the item fits your size/we are NOT at fault if the item you buy doesn't fit you
We Do NOT give refunds to Premade items unless there is an unspecified error on our part that makes the costume unwearable
If a buyer request a refund they MUST ship back the product, pay for the return shipping.

Confidentiality of Proprietary Information

YCHfursuits reserve the right to keep information confidential in-regards to the (materials, private patterns, suppliers, processes, tools, machines, manufacturers, etc.) used to create YCH-related products. We are NOT obligated to disclose the information to the buyer or other parties.
Questions related to our building processes will simply be ignored.

Liability Disclaimer

We at YCHfursuits are not responsible for any bodily harm as a result of wearing our creations including but not limited to heat stroke or any physical injury due to construction malfunction or limited range of vision. It is your responsibility to take precautions against physical harm by having a spotter when necessary, knowing your limits on heat and duration, practicing and being careful if your costume has any tricky parts, checking for signs of wear-and-tear that may cause malfunctions between uses, and any other concerns.
This disclaimer sounds a bit intense but trust us if you take precautions you’ll always be safe while suiting. This disclaimer is for our protection as a seller
