Refund policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange all items must be still new/unworn. For example, flags must be within their original plastic wrapping; bumper stickers must have their original backing.
Before returning, please understand we allow for exchanges of defective/B grade items that may have fallen through the cracks. If the buyer can prove the item they've purchased/received is faulty. Then we'll gladly ship you a new item free of charge and waive the shipping fee; you won't have to return the defective one.
For returns, we have a standard 14-day return policy. The buyer has 14 days after receiving the purchase to request a return and refund.
Unless the item is defective, the buyer requesting a return must pay for the shipping back to us once we receive the item and inspect it; the buyer can expect a refund in 10-15 days.
